Schedule Your MeetingFinancial Health Check is a powerful one-on-one coaching service designed to help you achieve your financial goals — and it's free for BECU members.
When you sign up, you can:
- Meet with a certified BECU financial coach.
- Learn about and receive guidance to use the effective financial management tools available to you as a member.
- Take action to work toward your financial goals and gain a sense of accomplishment.
- Explore ways to manage your spending, improve your credit standing, optimize your BECU membership and more.
- Access follow-up support whenever you need it.
How It Works
What you can expect from a Financial Health Check:
- Start by scheduling an appointment. The average appointment runs 40 to 55 minutes and is conducted by phone or through Video Banking.
- Depending on your budget needs, complete the Financial Health Check Monthly Budget Worksheet (PDF).
- During the call, you'll take care of action items with live support and accountability. That way you'll be ready to take the next steps toward achieving your goals.
Already Have an Appointment?
If you select a phone meeting, we'll call you at your scheduled appointment time. If you need to make changes to your appointment, refer to your confirmation email and select "Manage Appointment.”
If you're joining through Video Banking, you will receive an email with information on how to check in for your appointment.

BECU members can schedule a Financial Health Check as often as they need. Additionally, your certified BECU financial coach will contact you to schedule follow-up appointments.
BECU offers Video Banking to help you access the services you enjoy in person, but from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Screen share in real time and meet face-to-face however it's most convenient for you. Make your Financial Health Check appointment with Video Banking and call from your computer, phone or from a Video Banking booth at a Neighborhood Financial Center near you — we're here to support you wherever you are.
